Product-first
Each product has one customer and one outcome. Shared infrastructure sits underneath — not the other way around.
About
ConsultCraft Inc. designs, builds, and operates SportsCove, HomeCove, and FlowAI from Vancouver — with engineering and go-to-market teams across Canada, the United States, and India.
Three products in market on one platform discipline: real-time matching, payments, and operational control. Android, web, and an enterprise logistics demo shipping today.
Why we exist
Most markets still run on referrals, spreadsheets, and apps that solve one slice of a day. Athletes lose weeks finding the right coach. Families open five apps before dinner. Fulfillment leaders learn about problems after the cutoff.
We started ConsultCraft to ship complete products — not partial tools — so customers feel progress in weeks, not quarters.
That means owning booking, live video, payments, and the software layer that makes each workflow actually finish.
How we build
Each product has one customer and one outcome. Shared infrastructure sits underneath — not the other way around.
We release on app stores and in live demos. Screenshots, metrics, and investor materials reflect what is shipping.
SportsCove books coaches across countries with Stripe, Razorpay, and LiveKit already in production.
Founder led $14M+ Amazon fulfillment product impact and Apple hardware engineering — applied to every product roadmap.
Build reliable products that turn ambition into measurable outcomes — for athletes, households, and fulfillment teams.
A coach in any city can build a practice online. A household can run an evening from one app. A site manager can act before a problem becomes a missed shipment.
Leadership
Cross-border leadership across Canada, the United States, and India.
Anubhav Prasad founded ConsultCraft Inc. in Vancouver after nine years building at Apple and Amazon — from co-inventing a USPTO patent for iPhone manufacturing at Cupertino to leading mission-critical fulfillment programs impacting 3,000+ associates across North America.
He ships end-to-end: SportsCove, HomeCove, and FlowAI are live on app stores and in production. ConsultCraft was selected for Google for Startups Immersion India 2026 out of 3,000+ applications — validation of an AI-first, cross-border product thesis.
Based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Built across Jamshedpur, India; Worcester, MA, USA; Cupertino, CA, USA; Seattle, WA, USA; Cranbury, NJ, USA; New Castle, DE, USA; Warrington, PA, USA; and Vancouver, BC, Canada. Engineer, operations leader, and product builder — still training, still shipping.
Tanner spent nearly a decade as a trainer and gym manager before building SportsCove — he was the customer. That inside view drove every structural decision: how the marketplace works, how trainers onboard, and how trust gets built between coach and client.
As Managing Partner at ConsultCraft LLC, he led SportsCove from zero to launch on Google Play and web.
Andrew Tanner co-leads ConsultCraft's U.S. entity alongside Tanner Smith — bridging sports industry relationships, operational execution, and the American market entry for SportsCove.
Mukesh Prasad directs ConsultCraft's Indian subsidiary, Anviga Pvt. Ltd. — overseeing local operations, compliance, and the delivery engine that powers product development from India.
Col. Ajay Singh commanded units across J&K, the Northeast, and Siachen over a 35-year Indian Army career. A graduate of the Indian Military Academy, he brings operational discipline, people leadership, and governance depth as ConsultCraft scales.
Thesis
Coaching still relies on referrals and direct messages. Fulfillment teams jump between systems. Home tasks are spread across separate apps.
ConsultCraft was accepted into the Google for Startups Immersion Program in India — recognition for founders building products with cross-border reach and production traction.

Our story
ConsultCraft began when our founders kept seeing the same pattern: talented people blocked by software that was never designed for their job. Coaches stitched together DMs and payment links. Households bounced between weather, news, and recipe apps. Operators reconciled five dashboards to understand one shift.
We chose to build three focused products instead of one generic platform. SportsCove connects athletes and verified coaches across borders. HomeCove replaces the evening app stack with one calm home screen. FlowAI gives fulfillment teams a command center that recommends the next move — not just the last failure.
SportsCove is live in 7 countries with cross-border booking and payments. HomeCove ships on Google Play. FlowAI runs as a live enterprise demo with eight operational modules.
We are headquartered in Vancouver and building the kind of product company we wanted to learn from — direct, ambitious, and obsessed with outcomes.
Values
Expertise should not be limited by geography, income, or who you already know.
Coaches, credentials, and product claims should be checkable before money changes hands.
We release on app stores and in production. Public metrics reflect what is live — not what is planned.
Founders who have run large teams and fulfillment operations build with execution and clarity in mind.
