These MechCove Design Partner Terms ("Terms") govern early access to the MechCove collaborative engineering workspace ("Service") provided by ConsultCraft Inc. ("ConsultCraft", "we", "us"). By requesting access, using a demo environment, or participating in a design partner program, you ("Partner", "you") agree to these Terms.
If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
MechCove is in design-partner development. Features, uptime, and data handling may change without notice. We provide the Service to gather feedback on CAD collaboration, parts intelligence, and engineering copilot workflows.
Design partner access is non-exclusive, revocable, and may be limited by seat count, geography, or technical readiness.
You retain ownership of engineering models, assemblies, BOMs, and other content you upload ("Partner Content"). You grant ConsultCraft a limited license to host, process, and display Partner Content solely to provide and improve the Service during the design partner period.
ConsultCraft retains all rights in the MechCove platform, CRDT kernel, parts graph, copilot systems, and related software. Feedback you provide may be used to improve products without obligation to you.
Non-public features, roadmaps, pricing, and performance data shared during the program are ConsultCraft confidential information. Partner Content marked confidential by you will be handled consistent with our corporate Privacy Policy unless you agree otherwise in writing.
You will not reverse engineer the Service, probe security controls, upload unlawful content, or use MechCove to develop a directly competing CAD kernel without written consent.
You are responsible for export-control and IP clearance on models you upload.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. DESIGN PARTNER BUILDS MAY CONTAIN DEFECTS, DATA LOSS, OR DOWNTIME. CONSULTCRAFT DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSULTCRAFT'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE DESIGN PARTNER PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Either party may terminate design partner access at any time. Upon termination, we will make reasonable efforts to export Partner Content on request within thirty (30) days, subject to technical feasibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Vancouver, British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
