These FlowAI Enterprise Pilot Terms ("Terms") govern access to the FlowAI fulfillment command center demo, pilot environments, and related professional services ("Service") provided by ConsultCraft Inc. and its affiliates ("ConsultCraft"). By accessing the demo, scheduling a pilot, or executing an order form that references these Terms, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound.
The public demo illustrates module capability with sample data. Pilots may connect to Customer systems only under a written scope covering integrations, data residency, and security review.
Pilot features, SLAs, and support levels are not production commitments unless stated in a signed order form.
Customer retains ownership of operational data, facility layouts, and configuration uploaded for pilots ("Customer Data"). ConsultCraft may process Customer Data solely to provide the Service and as described in the ConsultCraft Privacy Policy or a mutually executed Data Processing Addendum.
Non-public product roadmaps, pricing, and pilot results are confidential. Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care.
You will not misuse the Service to violate law, compromise safety systems, or benchmark results for competitive marketing without consent. You are responsible for workforce training and operational decisions made using FlowAI outputs.
FLOWAI PILOT AND DEMO ENVIRONMENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". OPERATIONAL DECISIONS REMAIN CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. CONSULTCRAFT DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
CONSULTCRAFT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR PILOT SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID FOR THE PILOT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $1,000 IF NO FEES WERE PAID, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
For U.S. customers, Florida law governs unless a signed order form states otherwise. For Canadian customers, British Columbia law applies. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tampa, Florida or Vancouver, British Columbia, as applicable to the contracting entity.
